You can expect from us Learn about all aspects of sales management and other areas of application for understanding important work processes and promoting interdisciplinary cooperation Introduction to target systems, control variables and key performance indicators (e.g. customer segments, activities, closing figures) Working with digitalization projects in the banking context (e.g. banking workspace solutions) Support in defining and developing digital processes Analysis and evaluation of sales performance indicators Support for development, implementation and follow-up of distributive measures Working with segmentation and target group concepts

We expect from you Successfully completed commercial training Interest in sales management, processes and digitalization Ability to identify and illustrate relationships Analytical and conceptual thinking and a precise way of working Systematic thinking High motivation and a pronounced degree of readiness to change
