As a member of the SAP team, the second-level support team supports the SAP key players in questions and problems in daily business. You can use the resulting work packages independently. They are a contact person for the keyusers of the specialist departments and accept their change requirements. You check the feasibility and implement changes in Customizing taking into account the existing configuration and in coordination with the keyusers. As part of change management, you will test and document your changes and keep the SAP Lifecycle documents up to date. They work closely with the SAP team, the specialist departments and, if necessary, external service providers. In addition, user management is one of your tasks.

They have ideally completed vocational training as a specialist in application development (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or comparable training. They have several years of experience in a comparable position in the SAP environment. They are familiar with the SAP processes in the logistics modules MM, SD, WM and PP and the corresponding customizing. They have ideally already gained experience with SAP S/4 HANA. They ideally have professional experience in a producing company and the ability to communicate complex technical relationships and to record them in writing. They have a high understanding and a strong willingness to work quickly into new tasks. A solution-oriented and careful procedure is in your nature. They bring a very good understanding of the process and are convinced to make a significant contribution to corporate success in a service team. A very good oral and written communication skills in German (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2) complete your profile.
