Full time Start a safe future with real perspectives as a quality manager (m/w/d) for the senior and therapy center “Haus am Park” in Berlin. Our house is a fully-stationary care facility and has a comprehensive range of services with departments for dementia and psychiatry. In addition to day care, it also includes a nursing home, a familiar living and a separate practice for logopedia, physiotherapy and ergotherapy as a senior-friendly complex. Ensuring and further developing quality management in compliance with and complying with statutory provisions Ensuring, organizing and reviewing necessary care, treatment and care Participation in in- & external quality tests, optimization of process processes Implementation of care visas and audits Management and participation of quality circles Creation of annual training plans in cooperation with nursing services Cooperation with the Central Quality Management Creation of monthly reports taking into account all risk areas Training and support of employees in carrying out care documentation and continuous support

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship for the nursing care professional, nursing caregiver or health caregiver (m/w/d) You already have professional experience as a quality manager or in quality management You are a team player, communicative and empirical in dealing with residents and relatives
