In this role you actively accompany the life cycle of modern business applications, act as a link between specialist departments and IT service providers and ensure smooth operation and the continuous development of our systems.
Link between department and IT - Recording and prioritizing requirements
Planning, documentation and coordination of development packages over the entire life cycle
Control and cooperation with external service providers
Testing, acceptance and introduction of new functions and continuous optimization of existing applications
Support for users:indoor rollout and training
Monitoring and analysis to ensure system availability and performance
Active participation in projects related to ERP, EDI, e-commerce, warehouse management and other internal systems
Completed studies of (economic) informatics or comparable training
Found experience in application management, ideally with 5–10 years of professional experience
Good knowledge of ERP systems and understanding of business processes
Experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps beneficial
Technical understanding of interfaces and system landscapes (Programming skills are helpful, but not required)
Impressed communication skills, organisational strength and a solution-oriented operation
Very good knowledge of German and English
