At the new Leipzig city harbour, we will open a new a la carte restaurant, a SB restaurant and an event loft with a unique ambience. Your responsibility • Preparation and setting of food according to recipes and menu specifications • Planning and organization of the kitchen • Ensuring hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen • Working with the creation of menus and menus • Manage food and ingredients

You are • Completed training as chef m/w/d or comparable qualification • Creativity and passion for cooking • Experience in gastronomy • Team skills and flexibility • Knowledge of food hygiene
