(Junior) Product & Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Welcome to our product management team! As a “(Junior) Product & Operations Manager” (m/w/d), you are responsible for the heart of our success: our journeys! You want to take responsibility and achieve measurable results of high quality? Do you want to work with motivated colleagues in a great team? You support the purchase of our services as well as performance changes that occur during the year (e.g. from hotels, travel lines, agencies or individualization services) and regularly exchange with our country managements worldwide. You support the implementation of availability decisions taking into account sales and quality targets. You prepare market and competition analyses for the product manager. As part of the quality assurance, you check the data and purchase prices of all product services in the calculations for their accuracy. You transfer this information to a technically and operationally bookable form with the help of the internal SKR systems and provide it with the internal interfaces. You are responsible for internal communication between our interfaces and product management. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and topicality of our travel documents and ensure that our guests receive reliable information at any time.

Yes!” You have relevant studies or completed vocational training Touristic experience is desirable, but no requirement The SKR Travel Products You have a quick understanding and keep a cool head even in stressful situations You are an organizational institution and can prioritize You communicate clearly in the matter and kindly in the form You bring good MS Office knowledge (in particular Excel) with You do not need an experience from travel companies
