WIESHEU – Backing at the Point of Sale We are looking for a Deputy Assembly Manager (m/w/d)

You plan, control and monitor the production processes in the assembly You support personnel deployment planning Ensuring and expanding quality standards in cooperation with other areas Search for optimization potentials taking into account the company objectives You actively participate in audits with and carry out instructions

You have completed vocational training in a metal profession A completed qualification as technician or master is desirable You bring well-founded experiences in employee management Your work is characterised by an independent, structured and targeted Action from You bring practical experience in lean management, production and assembly method Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems Flexibility, resilience, organisational skills and a high level of team capacity are a special feature
