Establishment, evaluation, operation and support of a new, cross-brand network management system Assessment of introductory, migration, troubleshooting, security and adaptation processes with a view to serviceability and operational capability Technical analysis and migration of existing solutions such as Cisco EPNM, DNA Center, Cisco Prime or comparable products from other manufacturers Integration in operating processes, ticket processing, CMDB, Health Checks and documentation as well as carrying out technical workshops Assessment of manufacturer roadmaps, interfaces, license models and system architectures with respect to long-term operational and support capabilities Creation of technical recommendations Creation and implementation of migration concepts and operating documents for safe transfer to regular operation

Completed vocational training in the IT/TK environment, e.g. specialist informatics system integration, IT system electronics or comparable Multiannual practical experience in the operation of network management, monitoring or IT infrastructure solutions Knowledge in: Network Management Systems, IP/Transport Networks, Interfaces and Troubleshooting System integration, release and patch management, evaluation and treatment of vulnerabilities (CVEs) Experience in project work, migration and structured work with ticket systems Safe handling of remote access, customer environments and technical documentation readiness to call, frequent irregular missions Very good knowledge of German in word and writing driving licence class B
