Support for a defi­nated group of employees in all relevant matters (personnel procurement, development, management and exemption) Consultation and support of executives on labour law and other matters Recruitment of qualified staff, assistants and temporary workers, including contract design, negotiation and conclusion Development of various labour law HR topics, such as, for example, protection of workers, etc. Taking over other HR projects such as personal marketing or personnel development

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, as well as one-way professional experience with personal training and HR supplementary qualification (e.g. Multiannual work experience in the field of personal care Current knowledge in the field of labour law Communication strength in German and English High trustworthiness and high customer and service orientation
