• Operation of production facilities and implementation of necessary corrections
• Implementation of retrofitting work during product changes
• Continuous monitoring of the production process to avoid errors
• Performance of quality controls on the manufactured components
• Documentation of production results and deviations
• compliance with cleanliness and safety regulations in the workplace

• First experience as a production employee, machine and plant leader or in quality testing
• Craft skills and a basic technical understanding
• Team-oriented, reliable and conscientious operation
• Willingness to work in the shift system (Profiting of shift supplements)
• Good knowledge of German documentation and team communication
