We are the pme family service, and as the Kita-carriers represented throughout Germany, we place a variety of educational content in our more than 90 daycare centers, cribs and other educational institutions. Your role in us Our “stars” are daycare facilities on behalf of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. In Stuttgart-Vaihingen, the “stern” can accommodate 80 children aged 8 weeks to 6 years. These are your tasks:

• As a group manager, you accompany the children attentively through the educational everyday life and proactively shape the daily routine in your group. Keeping the hygienic and health aspects in mind.
• You create an environment that stimulates learning and playing, and focuses on developing impulses.
• Bye: With tablet and app you regularly document your observations about the development of the children and guide attendance lists and group journals.
• Working with parents in partnership: You are a contact person for them: in everyday life, conduct parental talks and participate in parental evenings.
• In order to stay up to date, you regularly take part in team meetings and collegial consultations, give your expertise to your colleague: inside or exchange with expert: outside your institution.
