Key Account Manager Energy Transition * (m/f/d)

As the first customer contact partner for feeders and large battery storage in our high-voltage network, you coordinate the timely processing of all customer contacts in our company and ensure high-quality communication from the first request to the final answer. You enter and coordinate the new connection from the first customer contact to the first billing and complete all contracts for feed-in systems and large battery storage with our individual customers. You will continue to be the first customer contact partner for already connected systems. Together with colleagues from the relevant departments, you conduct project and tuning talks with customers. You coordinate and organize the area of tasks independently and guide colleagues involved in this area of tasks professionally. As a partner for climate protection, you represent our company and have an attentive look at the needs of customers.

You have a successfully completed study of electrical engineering, (economic) engineering, or comparable skills and knowledge. You have extensive knowledge of network economic and energy economic relations in Germany and the provisions relevant to the activity, in particular the Renewable Energy Act and the Energy Economic Act. Customer orientation is not a foreign word for you, but the view through the 'customer glasses' is a matter of course for you. The satisfaction of our customers is your motivation and is your first priority. You are safe in dealing with common Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will find new ways to improve things and go forward with curiosity. You drive your topics actively and independently without losing sight of the essentials
