You analyze national and international procurement markets and identify potentials for a future-oriented purchasing strategy. The selection, evaluation and further development of our suppliers is your responsibility and forms the basis for long-term partnerships. You carry out tenders, comparative offers and negotiate contracts with the aim of achieving optimal results for our company. With your view for economic efficiency, you successfully implement cost optimization and value enhancement measures. You build sustainable supplier relationships and consider these as important contacts at eye level. In close cooperation with the areas of production, development, quality and logistics, you will ensure efficient and smooth processes along the supply chain. You always have a look at market and price developments and take appropriate measures and strategies. You actively contribute to cross-departmental projects as well as continuous improvement processes and shape changes.

You have several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in an industrial environment. Your experience in negotiating and contract management makes you a competent partner for suppliers and business partners. With your strong analytical thinking and your structured way of working, you will meet sound and sustainable decisions. You convince by a safe occurrence, negotiation skill and the ability to consistently pursue your goals. Communication strength and team capacity are the key to you and facilitate your cooperation with internal and external partners. The secure handling of ERP systems – ideally ProAlpha – as well as the common MS Office applications will help you with your daily work. With knowledge of German and good English, you can safely move in the national and international procurement environment.
