We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager Engineering (m/w/divers). In this position, you are responsible for monitoring and implementing complex technical projects from planning to completion and ensure that they meet the quality standards, schedule and budget requirements. You run and manage several technical CapEx projects simultaneously and accompany them from idea to production start Significantly participate in the CapEx planning by supporting strategic planning and developing investment applications Develop comprehensive project plans, including timetables, milestones and resource allocation Coordinate cross-functional teams and external providers (including foreign company coordination) to ensure that the project objectives are achieved. Perform regular project status sessions and keep participants informed Identify and unravel potential risks and problems that may affect project success Manage project budgets, track spending and optimize the use of resources Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and corporate policies Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team

Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably mechanical engineering or a related area Comprehensive experience in project management, preferably in engineering or in technical fields Proven track record in implementing projects in a complex technical environment Excellent communication, leadership skills and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively set priorities Knowledge in CAD (AutoCAD 2D, Inventor) Very good knowledge of German and English in writing Strong problem solving and decision abilities Solid understanding of technical principles and practices Confidence with industrial standards and regulations The applications of disabled people are welcome.
