As the first manufacturer of wind power plants, the company set up a gearless drive concept which is a feature of all ENERCON wind power plants. ENERCON is also leading in other areas, such as rotor blade design, control technology and grid connection technology, and again proves its inno­vation power with a number of new technological developments. For this position we offer a monthly fee of € 5.050 (brutto, full time) plus Christmas and holiday money.

Optimization of existing processes and processes using the lean management tools or -Methods, development of optimization measures and control of conversion and sustainability Implementation of Lean initiatives and projects from identifying potential for improvement to implementing solutions Analysis and optimization of workstations from an ergonomic point of view, processes, workflows according to REFA and identification of bottlenecks, development of optimisation measures and control of implementation and sustainability Preparation and implementation of training and workshops (Lean Management) Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the enterprise

Completed studies in the field of Business Administration (BWL), Industrial Engineering, Machine Engineering or Process Management, or completed vocational training with qualification as Master / Technicians Multiannual professional experience in Lean Management / production systems in the industrial environment SAP and MES knowledge Routine in dealing with MS Office German (C2) and good English in word and writing (B2–C1) Know-how in project work and interdisciplinary cooperation Problem-solving competence and express decision-making and targeting Strong analytical and communication skills Organisational capacity, systematic thinking and streamlined working methods Own initiative and enforcement
