Coordination, control and monitoring of external service providers and foreign companies as part of maintenance, reconstruction and relocation measures. Implementation of object visits, identification of defects as well as initiation and follow-up of appropriate measures for eliminating defects. Planning, organisation and monitoring of internal transfers as well as job and area changes. Creation and maintenance of occupancy, furniture and surface data in CAFM systems. Implementation of small craft repair work and support for renovation and modernisation projects. Ensuring complete documentation, implementation of inventory and participation in budget and action planning.

Complete technical and technical vocational training, ideally in the field of construction, building or utility technology. Multiannual professional experience in facility management, building operation or coordination of maintenance and rebuilding measures. Knowledge of building maintenance, building repair and the management and monitoring of foreign companies. Experience in area, moving or workplace management. Self-employed, structured and service-oriented working methods as well as a pronounced organizational institution. Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP and CAFM systems.
