We are looking for you as soon as possible Deputy secretary (w/m/d) for our cardiology in full or part-time.

• General administrative activities for chief physician, senior physician:inside, department
• appointment management and coordination of outpatient private, legal speaking time
• Correspondence of all kinds with patients: inside, doctor's practices, offices, authorities
• Doctor's certificate
• Planning, control of the reception of Elektiv-Patient:incl. Data management
• Preparation of meeting documents incl. Protocol
• Planning services
• Representation as part of the cluster structure

• Completed commercial/medical vocational training with professional experience, ideally in the field of assistance
• Application-safe or perfect grammar and orthographic knowledge
• Experience in dealing with hospital information systems desirable
• A high degree of autonomy, organizational talent, sense of responsibility
• Team skills, commitment, flexibility
• Qualified office organization using office technology
