You enter the Front Office and are the first contact person for colleagues:inside, visitors:inside and service providers – friendly, binding and service oriented You carry out organizational tasks such as post office, catering and the preparation and follow-up of meetings For a pleasant, well-organized working environment, you help to ensure that meetings, cooperation and everyday office take place smoothly. You work reliably according to defined processes, recognize priorities in day-to-day business and keep track of multiple tasks You support onboarding activities, internal communication and smaller events Optionally, depending on your interest and needs, you will bring yourself to further operational topics such as e.g. the fleet organization You work closely with colleagues from different teams and actively contribute to making processes more efficient and structured

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German knowledge according to language level C1, as well as good English knowledge B1/B2 You can imagine being part of our team in the long term and working regularly on site in Stuttgart You work structured, carefully and accurately, and keep you confident in processes and standards You recognize priorities, address tasks responsibly and keep an overview even in dynamic situations You bring communication strength, empathy and a safe occurrence in dealing with different people You have a good technical basic understanding and are sure to deal with MS Office; first experiences with tools like Jira or Confluence are a plus, but no need You show your own initiative and enjoy taking responsibility Career prospects: If you have successfully passed the final exam, you have the opportunity to take over with numerous possibilities for development
