Responsible handling and coordination of customer orders by ERP Self-release and support of customer orders from order acquisition to delivery in the ERP system Order support as well as technical support of the projects, including master data maintenance Responsible for the purchase of goods including processing of the booking of goods entries and exits Communication with customers and suppliers to coordinate delivery dates and technical details Interface function between the sales team, production and technical support to ensure smooth operations and meet customer-specific requirements Support of sales events The first contact person for callers and guests Management of various email mailboxes Organisation of a smooth process at our headquarters

Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in order processing in sales, preferably in the field of technical products or in comparable functions and industries Very good knowledge of the MS Office products and experiences with the handling of an ERP or CRM system Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and at best other foreign language skills Embossed customer and service orientation as well as hands-on mentality with own initiative and organizational talent A high level of organization and detail orientation as well as the ability to handle a variety of manual and repeatable tasks A proactive and adaptable procedure that is ready to tackle a variety of challenges and to find quick solutions Friendly, open and communicative being Reliability, safe occurrence, flexibility and openness for new Cross-departmental cooperation in the team
