IT System Engineer (m/w/d) We are looking for you as an IT System Engineer (m/w/d) Network Security at the next possible time. Focus on security: You are responsible for the security and stability of our network environment and are actively promoting continuous analysis and further development of our network and security infrastructure. Develop solutions: Analyze and eliminate complex network disorders in 2nd and 3rd level support. In addition, you develop and implement technical solutions and adapt network architectures flexibly to changing requirements and external influences. Always one step ahead: Through the targeted use of modern technologies such as AI-based analyses, AIOps, scripting and automation, you can detect potential disturbances at an early stage and develop efficient solutions for a stable operation. The overall image in view: You design and operate modern network and security architectures (e.g. segmentation, Zero Trust, Network Access Control (NAC) and SD-WAN. You can also manage routing and switching infrastructures, firewalls, VPN solutions and central network services. Rock in the fire: You first and reflect technical documentation, standards and operating concepts. With your expertise, you support changes, projects, migrations and technical alerts and contribute significantly to the sustainable success of our IT infrastructure.

a completed study of (economic)informatics or completed vocational training as a specialist informatics or comparable qualifications with multiannual professional experience. Knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing & Switching) and common network protocols (e.g. OSPF, BGP, STP, VRRP). Know-how in the fields of IT security, firewalling, policy management, VPN and secure network architectures as well as experience in structured error analysis and interference. Ideally experience in cloud networking (e.g. Azure, Microsoft 365, hybrid cloud), monitoring and log analysis. Knowledge of automation (PowerShell, Python, APIs or Infrastructure as Code), familiarity with ITIL, change management and the operation of regulated IT environments are beneficial. Own initiative, a pronounced affinity for technical relationships in the field of IT security, and very good German knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.

Estimate paid out Equality of wages, fair pay and transparency are our hearts. Depending on the professional experience and qualification, the remuneration according to our domestic contract is between €50,000 and €75,000 p.a. full-time, including holiday and Christmas money. .
