Where you gonna work? You work in a modern kitchen with an experienced and dynamic team that all have a high level of competence, love for work and team skills. The Brandenburg-Prussian cuisine is our hobby, but also classics of international cuisine are regularly included in our menu. The focus of your activity is in the daily á la carte business. These include the daily Mise en Place and professional cooking of dishes from the standard and weekly menu.
