In order to strengthen our team in Augsburg, we are now looking for a lawyer (m|w|d) company law.

Your duties

• Advising our growing range of clients from medium-sized to publicly listed companies in economic and social matters, in particular with regard to corporate governance and compliance
• design and negotiation of contracts and fonts
• Cooperation in restructuring projects (incl. M&A) and design concepts (e.g. management and employee participations)

Your profile

• Completion of law studies with two convincing Examina
• great interest in and possibly first experience in the field of company law
• Services with a reliable and professional operation
• Team player and consulting personality
• very good English skills
