You advise the branch on the topics of sustainability, legal requirements of buildings and technical installations, the use of renewable energy in energy systems and the optimization of existing plant technology You develop holistic energy supply concepts with the integration of innovative technologies, create variant comparisons and conduct economic considerations through In addition, you are actively working on the achievement of the climate-neutral state administration (KNLV) and establish sustainability aspects in our construction projects as well as in the operational and recovery phase of the real estate You are responsible for the expert accompaniment, quality and performance testing of externally commissioned architectural and engineering offices and exporting companies You will also work in the selection and contracting of freelance workers and exporting companies with You take over the schedule, budget and cost planning of projects and independently provide HOAI services

You have a completed degree (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) of the Department of Supply Technology, Building /Energy Technology/TGA or a comparable technical engineering or a successful conclusion to the state-tested technician/to the state-tested technician (and at least four years of relevant professional experience in an activity of engineering cuts) or Completion as a master or master (and at least five years of relevant professional experience in an occupation of engineering blanks) of the above-mentioned disciplines. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.400,00 € – approx. € 82.500,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like acquisition of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
