We are pleased to welcome a central specialist for safety at work for our Frankfurt am Main site at the earliest possible time!

Your duties include: Central control and strategic coordination of security activities over six production sites Consultation and support of the site specialists in implementing legal and internal requirements Development and standardization of safety concepts and hygiene requirements Analysis of accident and near incident reports for deriving and communicating cross-site prevention measures Organization and moderation of regular safety and hygiene rounds with interdisciplinary teams Consultancy in the preparation and maintenance of central instruction documents and training concepts Monitoring and participation in internal audits, public authorities and ASA meetings Monitoring of legal developments in the field of occupational and fire protection and their implementation at the sites

What you bring: Completed training as a specialist for occupational safety pursuant to § 5 ASiG Training as a master (trade union or industrial), technicians food industry or engineer, desirable training or willingness to continue training for the fire protection officer Multiannual professional experience in the food industry or comparable hygiene-relevant industries Knowledge of industrial safety, hygiene and food law Communication strength, moderation competence and experience in cross-site cooperation Need-oriented readiness to travel to the six locations Safe handling of digital tools for documentation, evaluation and communication
