The HR department is responsible for the personnel work of the Schwarz Corporate Solutions KG. It supports and advises the departments comprehensively in the implementation of operational and strategic issues of human resources management: from the extraction and entry of suitable staff, the care and development to the exit of staff. The activities are supported by the development and introduction of suitable personnel processes and systems. The department is also responsible for the further development of corporate and leadership culture.

Your tasks

• Design the digital transformation: You are a central contact person and maker (m/w/d) for artificial intelligence and digitalization within HR
• Lead ground-breaking HR projects: Take responsibility for (part) projects. From conception to implementation – you are the driving force (m/w/d)
• Convince your expertise: Use your problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills to implement sustainable solutions
• Present your results: Impress your innovative solutions and advances in front of top management
• Build your network: expand your network in the company and trade with experts (m/w/d) to shape the future together with advanced technologies

Your profile

• You have already successfully managed (part-)projects and work with a high level of implementation and solution-oriented
• Ideally, you bring experiences in the environment Artificial Intelligence and the digital transformation - Prompting should not be a foreign word
• Remarkable are knowledge of HR processes and HR technologies, best combined with experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• Your outstanding analytical and conceptual skills allow you to identify and actively shape strategic relationships
• You work independently, you are strong in communication and you like to work at the interface between different areas
• In addition to your convincing presentation and moderation capabilities, you will bring well-founded knowledge in MS Office applications
• A completed study and good English skills complete your profile
