Project controlling for architectural and planning services: Ensuring economic achievement and transparency in all phases of the project Commercial process control: Development and use of existing commercial tools to improve working quality and results based on benchmarks and performance targets Strategic cooperation: support in the orientation of the engineering planning area and implementation of make-or-buy analyses Purchasing Management: Participation in the organisation of the operational and strategic purchasing process and optimisation of the conditions Reporting & Analysis: Competent creation and further development of monthly reporting for the regional company Representation & Interfaces: Cooperation with branches and acquisition of controlling tasks as commercial representation

Completed economic studies or comparable qualifications Experience in controlling, ideally in the construction or project environment Analytical thinking and structured working Safe handling of commercial tools and MS Office Communication strength, team capacity and initiative
