Order Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your tasks include the control and monitoring of capacities and needs, including the early identification of bottlenecks and the initiation of appropriate countermeasures. You plan and coordinate pre-series and series approaches and ensure demand and system planning. In addition, you are responsible for the end-to-end control of material and process flows to ensure a timely and reliable supply. Furthermore, you monitor delivery dates, delivery quantities and stocks based on relevant key figures and initiate corresponding optimization measures for deviations. In addition, you agree closely with suppliers, customers, works and internal departments and coordinate cross-departmental material and logistics processes. In addition, you contribute to the standardization and continuous optimization of processes and support cross-departmental projects.

You have completed their studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification, ideally with additional commercial knowledge. In addition, you will bring several years of professional experience in order and manufacturing planning as well as a well-founded knowledge in manufacturing control. You have expertise in partial and total systems as well as experience in the optimization of processes.
