At the Johanniters you create a safe place for children and young people. You take over the management of two stationary child and youth assistance facilities (§ 34, 35a SGB VIII + 113 SGB IX) under one roof and build a strong team based on their management experience: roles unambiguously, agreements binding, communication targeted. Takeover of management in educational, human, organisational and financial responsibility leadership and development of a young, multi-professional team; Establishing clear roles, responsibilities, communication and decision-making Construction, structuring and ongoing development of professional processes in the (pedagogical) everyday life, e.g. in the implementation of assistance and support planning Pedagogical development: continuation of the concept, implementation of trauma-sensitive and resource-oriented approaches, promotion of participation Ensuring compliance with statutory provisions and quality standards of child and youth assistance Quality management: Development of clear and binding processes as well as implementation and maintenance of standards and specifications from the QMS Binding cooperation with youth offices, authorities, schools, clinics, internal/external partners and active networking in the region readiness to call in exchange with other management forces

Complete studies of social education/social work, pedagogy, education, special education or psychology (Diplom, Bachelor, Master or Magister) or a comparable educational qualification (e.g. Multiannual, detectable practical experience in the development, the (new) construction and the management of stationary youth assistance measures, ideally including team leadership responsibility Very good knowledge of legal provisions and quality standards in child and youth assistance High leadership competence, loadability, communicative strength and implementation orientation; Ability to guide, qualify and stabilize an inexperienced team Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with burdensome children and young people Very good computer skills
