Your tasks: Leadership and further development of the pay billing team, including professional and disciplinary responsibility for employees. Responsibility for the correct and timely implementation of the monthly pay bill for all employees of the company. Continuous strategic and operational development of billing processes and the implementation of new, efficient workflows. Proactive integration of interface functions and strengthening a trusted cooperation with internal and external partners (such as works councils, HR, finance, health insurance etc.). Ensure the correct application of labour law and tax regulations as well as compliance with statutory and collective bargaining requirements in the field of payment accounting. Creation of regular reports and evaluations on relevant pay data, such as salary structures, special payments and billing codes. Management and cooperation in projects for the further development and digitization of the pay billing, e.g. the introduction of new software solutions or optimization of the interfaces to other HR systems. Your profile: completed business studies in the field of personnel or finance, as an alternative a comparable commercial training with long-term professional experience in the field of pay accounting Funded and up-to-date knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law Knowledge of the relevant collective agreements of the metal and electrical industries Multiannual experience in the use of SAP HCM, as well as several years of experience in managing SAP projects High understanding of leadership Safe handling of MS Office products, especially Excel Analytical thinking, resilience, self-responsibility and cost awareness Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing desirable
