IT Process Expert (m/f/d)

You are a member of the IT Governance Team and supports the IT Operations organization in the specification, establishment and improvement of our IT processes. You work with the process Owner and Stakeholder to unify and simplify our processes. You can orient yourself at the ITIL framework. You act as a multiplier in the establishment and training of new processes. You establish mechanisms to test the effectiveness of implemented processes and report the status of HFTS management.

A completed study in the IT field or a comparable training – alternatively relevant professional experience that underlines your expertise. You work in a solution-oriented manner, you are a team player and you enjoy working on new topics. You like to take responsibility for your topics and drive projects forward independently. You can put yourself in the perspective of the different stakeholders and advance improvement independently. You have practical knowledge in ITIL. Very good German knowledge & good English skills complete your profile.
