Creation, development and automation of controlling and reporting structures for roof fund management (Multi Manager Business) Structure, maintenance and technical optimization of data models and reporting lines (e.g. cash flow reporting, performance analysis, forecasting) Own-sponsored controlling of an assigned sub-portfolio including Monitoring of relevant KPIs and target/actual deviations maintenance, quality control and ongoing updating of the databases on target funds and fund managers; Ensuring consistent data processes Development of macros and automated tools in Excel/VBA to increase efficiency and support in the harmonisation of reporting workflows Creating standardized and ad-hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders as well as investor-specific evaluations Preparation of reporting content and preparation of presentations for committees, decision templates and tenders

Successfully completed studies in business, real estate, business informatics or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling, data analysis or finance First professional experience in (immobilien‐)controlling, fund controlling or financial reporting Very good knowledge in Excel, including safe handling of complex models and VBA skills for automation Embossed understanding of data structures, reporting processes and quantitative analyses Interest in capital market and economic relations as well as a good understanding of the asset class property High affinity for numbers, structured working style, reliability and self-initiative Communication and presentation strength as well as joy in team-oriented cooperation Good English knowledge of word and writing
