For our further growth at our Marl site, we are looking for a result-oriented designer who bridges the bridge between finance and operational operation. CONTROLLER (MWD) Your role: Strategic & Operational Partner As a controller (m/w/d), you assume the holistic responsibility for a defined area as well as a specific society. You are a “Macher” that masters both the strategic accompaniment of a site and the daily administrative processes (orders/factory). As part of a dynamic team of four people with a direct line of report to our team leader Controlling, You understand themselves as a mentor for the company manager and bring transparency into the operational processes.

Business Partnering & Location: You accompany an operational location in the interpretation of key figures and actively support the operational manager in the economic management.

Full support for an entity: independent monitoring and control of an assigned company within the group, including ensuring internal controls.

Completion & Planning: Own implementation of the monthly financial statements as well as creation of the budget and forecasts for your area of responsibility in the group context.

Dashboard Development (BI): Use of Power BI or Looker Studio to transform complex data into action-relevant and operative dashboards.

Creating precise ad hoc analyses and financial models under high time pressure.

System optimization: Active use and further development of SAP Business ByDesign for the automation of manual processes.

Experience: At least 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in industrial controlling.

Hands-on-Mentality: You are a “Macher” that performs administrative tasks (calculations/orders) with the same care as complex budget planning.

Team player: You appreciate cooperation in a small, powerful team and beyond departmental boundaries.

Solution orientation: You analyze local problems and present proactive solutions.

IT skills: you are familiar with Google Suite Tools, you have Excel Expert Level

BI tools: You have sound knowledge of Power BI or Looker Studio

ERP: You maintain a secure handling of SAP Business ByDesign

Languages: You can master German and fluent English – French skills are a plus
