Successfully completed training with technicians / masters (m/w/d) or studies in the areas of building automation, supply technology, electrical engineering, building technology, SHK, HLSK, HKLS or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the construction management of TGA structures, preferably in turnkey construction Knowledge in VOB, HOAI, relevant standards and technical regulations Safe handling of industry-standard software and tools such as BIM 360, TGA-calculation software or digital building daybooks Application knowledge in Lean Management, Tactics and BIM 360 Structured and independent functioning as well as high communication skills and team spirit The location can be flexibly exercised at one of our two office locations in Hamburg. Our offices are located in Barmbek, Fuhlsbüttler Straße and in Harburg Süderelbe, Am Veritaskai.
