Teamleiter Enterprise Platforms Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Enterprise Platforms Infrastructure team and reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure Coordination and control of day-to-day operations, communication with other (IT) specialist departments and the further development of employees and services Perspective takeover of professional management responsibility within the IT of our group's subsidiaries and foreign offices Support of department management in the strategic development of IT infrastructure Planning, design, implementation, maintenance and support of new and existing IT systems, services and processes in the area of responsibility Contact person for implementing safety requirements in cooperation with information security while ensuring compliance Control and coordination of external service providers and support in resource, capacity and budget planning

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or comparable, completed vocational training in the IT sector as well as a multiannual professional experience as a senior engineer and/or architect One or more of the following main topics: Complex, Hybrid Server & Storage Infrastructures (OnPrem DC / Azure) Virtualization based on VMware Backup Solutions (OnPrem / Cloud) Identity and Access Management based on MS Active Directory (global/multi-domain) and Entra ID Citrix (VDA, VDI) based on VMware and/or Xen Experience in a leadership or project management role of advantage Ideally knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT and/or TOGAF Valuable understanding of leadership with a transparent handling of employees Embossed service orientation, team skills and an independent, independent and result-oriented way of working High problem-solving and decision-making skills and an entrepreneurial way of thinking flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing
