Your tasks:- Implementation of individual repairs, insurance damages or modernization of apartments in the inhabited and uninhabited state Independently editing all relevant painter activities in our residential objects painting, wallpapering, painting and walking works-painting of doors and radiators- assessment and removal of mold documentation of orders and ordering materials

Your profile:- Complete vocational training in the factory painter and painter or in a comparable factory experience in the maintenance of residential real estate desirable- flexibility, commitment and independent work--customer-friendly and competent appearance- driving license class B
