You are a Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) with completed training, communicative and sensitive? You are also very welcome with us as a newcomer or fresh examinated!

In order to strengthen our team in Halle (Saale), we are looking for a Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) for the care of the residents in our Pflege-Wohngemeinschaft and ambulant care. The position shall be taken in full or part-time.

Your tasks

• Professional implementation of basic and treatment care
• Health monitoring and assessment of care needs
• Professional guidance of care documentation
• compliance with quality standards, hygiene and accident prevention regulations
• Practical handling of medical-technical devices

Preconditions

• Completed three-year training in nursing or nursing
• Early and late service and work on weekends
• Team skills, positive attitude and empathy
• Patience with the care of people with dementia
