For example, you accompany children, adolescents and young adults in different age classes in the housing groups or other services of the Diasporahaus You support the clients: in everyday life, personal development, schooling and leisure activities You accompany young people in their integration into social structures and promote self-employment, social competence and conflictability You work closely with the pedagogical team, reflect your own actions and develop creative solutions for individual life situations You support documentation, parental talks and contribute to the quality development of the facility

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You have ideally first practical experience in child care or youth care You are interested in social work, child and youth assistance and pedagogy You are dedicated, team-ready and reflect your own actions You bring empathy, sense of responsibility and joy in working with children and young people You are ready to work in shiftwork (depending on the requirements of the housing groups with flexible service plans) Career prospects: In our institution you have various possibilities after graduation.
