With its 19 employees, our accounting and accounting department ensures the coordination and production of financial statements according to HGB and IFRS, smooth financial accounting and the supervision of audits by the auditors. The management and accounting of our extensive assets as well as the correct collection and booking of all documents is part of our exciting task.

You manage the assets according to the accounting principles HGB, IFRS and EStG taking into account the regulatory business of ONTRAS. You are responsible for the classification of technical projects by effort and investment and accompany the investment measures until final settlement and activation. You supervise investment projects of IT from the perspective of asset accounting, advise on accounting issues of IT infrastructure, participate in project meetings and represent the field of asset accounting as a know-how carrier. You collect and manage the investment projects of the ONTRAS subsidiaries and are responsible for the final activities of the companies entrusted to them. You work with the team of plant accounting on quarterly and annual accounts in the investment assets of ONTRAS and its subsidiaries.

You have a degree of technical/university degree in a scientific field or comparable degree of education. You have very good knowledge of balance sheet and tax law. You have preferably gained many years of experience in the company's accounting system with the focus on asset accounting. You have application-proof identifiers in the SAP modules FI, FI-AA and PS as well as the common MS-Office applications - especially MS-Excel. You convince with an affinity to numbers and the ability to capture and judge complex business processes without losing sight of the essentials. Ideally, you already have experiences with IT license models and the ability to evaluate software as a service (SaaS) as well as cloud implementation costs. An independent and structured way of working, decision-making, enforcement, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a high team capacity complete your profile.
