But be convinced yourself: you can secure processes, discipline and smooth operational performance New customer projects guide and guide you – from planning to implementation You set up work and process instructions for the driving personnel End-to End-Supply-Chain solutions build up and optimize them together with our customers For personnel and capacity planning, you take responsibility and guide your team professionally and perspectively also disciplinaryly You are the interface between internal and external customers You develop and digitize processes and IT systems (e.g. TMS) Customer billing is your responsibility You maintain maintenance, repairs and legal requirements in the fleet

You have a completed business or technical studies or a further education as a specialist, ideally with a focus on logistics You bring experience in high-tech transport and technical services Management experience in the commercial sector, preferably with professional drivers, distinguishes you You have a quick understanding and quickly understand complex relationships You are flexible and willing to travel 3–5 days a month With MS Office – especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI – you’re sure to go around You master German and English very well in word and writing
