At our 8 locations with a focus in the south German area, we employ around 700 qualified staff and maintain a fleet equipped with state-of-the-art vehicles and equipment. You plan and coordinate the construction process of projects and house connections/small measures in the field of cable line deep construction, electricity and communication in the Stuttgart area You are a professional representative for the assigned contractors and you are responsible for the compliance and monitoring of the specified execution dates You dispose of the staff, material and equipment You carry out the assessment and accounting of the projects on your own, including the necessary documentation, and you deal intensively with the specified performance directories. You are responsible for quality, performance and outcome control for the assigned projects You are in your role as a leadership role model, problem solver:in, motivator:in for your team and do not lose sight of the economy and efficiency

You have a corresponding vocational training (e.g. street builder:in, mason master:in, electric master:in or similar) or a completed study (e.g. civil engineering) You ideally have experience in cable management, civil engineering or road construction You are experienced in billing construction measures You own the driving class of at least B
