First contact for our customers and visitors in the car house Care of customer requests personally, telephone and e-mail Processing of simple service orders as well as lead and appointment management Arrangement and coordination of workshop appointments and preparation of orders Planning and organisation of service replacement and rental vehicles Support in daily car house operation and ensuring a smooth operation Friendly and professional customer correspondence

Successfully completed commercial training in the automotive sector or in the hotel/services industry Experience in customer service or service-oriented activity Friendly, safe and binding occurrence High service and customer orientation Teamability, reliability and commitment Safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
