The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Implementation of maintenance and repair work on sanitary objects of any kind and extensive industrial installations of the near-heating network and ventilation systems at the entire site Removal of disturbances in the fields of water, heat and climate technology and renewable energy/environmental technology Processing of deficiencies and change indicators in the fields of water, heat and climate technology and renewable energy/environmental technology Technical support and instruction of foreign companies in the maintenance of technical installations Support of other plants at the site

Qualification: Graduated vocational training as a plant mechanic/plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning (w/m/d) and as gas and water installer/gas and water installer (w/m/d) Other: Green, careful and reliable operation Good organization skills Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even in the case of increased work Good communication skills Customer- / Address-oriented behaviour and negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment readiness to take on a regular basis Class B driver's licence and standby for the independent operation of service vehicles The willingness to undertake a review pursuant to Section 10 of the Act on the Precondition and Procedure of the Federal Security Review (SÜG) and a review by the user (w/m/d)
