Clerk | Clerk (f/m/d) Guardianships – Administrative Specialist or Senior Administrative Service

The assistance is a special form of legal representation for children and young people. The free offer of the Office for Children, Youth and Family supports, in particular, single parents in the determination of paternity and the assertion of dependent claims. The aim is to provide children with a secure economic basis even with separate parents. For this sensitive area, on 1 May 2025 we are looking for a specialist (w/m/d) in parttime with 50%.

They shall provide assistance to minor children to identify the paternity and/or to determine and enforce the maintenance claims, including representation in court. They titulate maintenance claims and enforce them by, if necessary, by means of an expulsion within the framework of the forced execution. They advise single parental parts for questions on paternity recognition, maintenance regulations and parental care according to §§ 18 and 52a SGB VIII. They take over primary activities according to § 59 SGB VIII. They advise young full-year students in dependencies according to § 18 para. 4 SGB VIII. They shall conduct the custody register and provide the relevant information.

A career examination for the upscale non-technical administration service, the degree as an administrative specialist/administrative expert or a comparable qualification. Safe handling of current MS Office applications. Knowledge in the field of family, maintenance, enforcement and procedural law is advantageous. Communication skills, decision-making and safe occurrence. Self-employed, efficient and solution-oriented work.
