To advise local customers in the strategic orientation of IT, digitalization and organization Active participation in the further development of the consulting Sustainable planning, modernising and developing IT infrastructures (from data center and on-premises to hybrid scenarios to cloud and multi-cloud architectures) To anchor IT security holistically in IT and digital strategies Development of standardized consulting modules, reference architectures and consulting formats Scaling of concepts on different sizes and degrees of maturity of municipalities Observing technological, regulatory and organisational developments (e.g. digital sovereignty, Germany cloud) Close cooperation with sales, operation, data center and security analyse existing environments and develop future-oriented modern workplace architectures

Multiannual experience in IT consulting, ideally in public or municipal environments Wide understanding of IT architectures, cloud models, digital workplace and IT security Experience in the development of IT strategies, target images and roadmaps Embossed conceptual and analytical skills Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength at management and specialist level
