The practice for nuclear medicine in the Vivantes MVZ Friedrichshain offers the entire range of modern nuclear medical diagnostics including SPECT/CT and PET/CT with innovative tracers. The modern technical equipment includes two large field cameras including SPECT/CT, a PET/CT scanner and a small field camera; the procedures and patient records are completely electronically organized. A special focus is on nuclear medical diagnostics in tumor, inflammatory and neurological diseases, as well as close cooperation with interdisciplinary oncological centers. The multi-professional team consists of MTRs, doctors, medical physics experts (MPE) and MFAs.

Self-planning, implementation and evaluation of the entire conventional nuclear medical examination spectrum, including myocardial, thyroid, kidney, bone and sentinel lymph nodes, as well as static, dynamic and SPECT studies

Implementation of PET/CT investigations, including F18-FDG-PET, Ga68-PSMA-PET and other special PET processes

Care and comprehensive education of patients before, during and after examinations

Planning, preparation and appointment of diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmacists as well as their quality control and professional disposal

Ensuring radiation protection and compliance with all relevant regulations and participation in the documentation and production of annual statistics

Organisation of investigations in outpatient practice and settlement according to EBM and GOÄ

Completed training as a medical technologist for radiology (MTR) or Medical-Technicalr Radiology Assistantin (MTRA)

Knowledge and practical experience in nuclear medicine, ideally including PET/CT

Experience in quality management and knowledge of outpatient settlement according to EBM and GOÄ

Secure IT user knowledge, especially in handling the MS Office package

Good technical understanding and fine motor skills in clinical working day

Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
