Senior Industrial Engineer - Industrialization & Production (m/f/d)

For our customers at the Ulm site, we are looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer (m/w/d) - Industrialization & Production.

In this position, you develop future-oriented production structures, accompany the industrialization of new products and, together with interdisciplinary teams, ensure efficient, stable and competitive production processes. In doing so, you combine technical and economic requirements and focus on lean methods and continuous process improvements.

Development and optimization of production layouts, value flows and material flows Planning and further development of efficient industrial production structures as well as accompanying industrialization from the supply phase to series maturity Control of product and production transfers and ramp-ups and capacity expansions Application of Lean Methods, CVP and Value Stream Optimization to Improve Production Efficiency Analysis of process maturity, risks and opportunities as well as evaluation of costs, investments and cost-effectiveness Technical coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and close cooperation with internal and external partners

Graduate degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, production planning or industrialization Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing technologies and industrial processes and experience in technical project management Multiannual practical experience in plant and line planning, layout and material flow conception, lean methods, CVP and value flow optimization Knowledge of cost analysis, investment planning and economic considerations flowing knowledge of German and English; French knowledge of advantage as well as an analytical, communicative and assertive personality
