About your teams As a team leader, you take over the leadership of two dedicated teams in the market succession in the field of construction companies and real estate risk-relevant credit business as well as for the business management credit of the Weberbank. Your focus is not only on professional and disciplinary leadership, but also in the organization and optimization of the workflows in credit processing. With your teams, you act service-oriented taking into account the existing service levels, are service providers for our market area and are responsible for the professional processing and monitoring of predominantly complex credit commitments in the new and existing business.
