You take responsibility for preventive and operational quality assurance and drive forward continuous improvement processes in the company. Your tasks include the further development of QVP concepts, the moderation of risk analyses, the establishment of appropriate safeguards, and cooperation in product and process releases. Cause analysis is structured to derive effective correction and prevention strategies and supports internal and external complaints. Product audits and process audits are planned and accompanied independently, and you can also participate in audits such as ISO or customer audits. You moderate workshops on problem solving and support Lean activities. Close coordination with adjacent departments ensures that quality-relevant topics are communicated – also to suppliers. If necessary, you initiate immediate action and follow the implementation of the defined steps.
