Maintenance Officer – Focus on Waterworks (m/f/d)

The focus of your activity is the coordination of the operational and strategic maintenance of the technical facilities and the properties of the water works

In doing so, you take over the management of projects of different disciplines, for example from the fields of machine and plant engineering, process engineering, civil engineering, special construction, road construction and road construction as well as gardening and landscape construction

You coordinate inspections and functional testing of technical facilities and ensure compliance with work, health and environmental requirements in your area of responsibility

Disorders in ongoing operation are systematically analysed and prompt appropriate measures for rapid and sustainable disorder

Based on your technical assessment, you will develop a preventive and future-oriented maintenance strategy and continue to write it

You regularly evaluate the conditions of the plants, derive necessary renewal and optimization measures and create medium- and long-term maintenance and investment plans

The life cycle assessment of technical installations and components will continue and develop these methods further

In addition, you plan new plants within your responsibility area and accompany their construction and commissioning until successful integration into operation

You have successfully completed a master's degree or master's degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field

Ideally, you already have first professional or practical experience in the maintenance of technical installations or in the implementation of projects and construction measures

You have a high level of problem-solving competence, have sound expertise and willingness to develop continuously

Your communication and team skills as well as your pleasure in working with internal and external partners are yours

You are open to the use of AI-supported systems

Own initiative, sense of responsibility, accuracy and flexibility shape your work

You think structured and analytic and keep an overview and the right priorities in complex situations

The safe handling of technical guidelines, legal requirements and relevant software is of course for you

A valid class B licence is in your possession
