Coordination, monitoring and documentation of the maintenance of compensatory areas, including by farmers and landscape care associations, and the rural development measures Examination and preparation of measurements, mass determinations and accounting bases, taking into account the applicable laws Creating execution plans Documentation of construction sites with regard to materials, changes and progress of construction Creation of project-related performance descriptions and directories as well as suitability and evaluation criteria Examination and settlement of the services provided incl. Monitoring and documentation of identified deficiencies and subsequent acceptance after removal Audit of accounts

State-certified technician (w/m/d) with a focus on horticulture or similar or acquired by professional experience Vocational experience in the implementation of landscape building measures, ideally in the field of motorways Knowledge of standards and regulations, such as: ZTV plant work, VOB (part A, B, C), ZTV La-StB, Directive on the installation of road-sliding green (RAS-LG) Good IT skills (in particular Microsoft Office) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence
